Item Availability:
Items that are out of stock will normally have an 'available' date in the product description. These descriptions are updated once daily, so it is possible that an item can sell out before the description is updated. If this happens, you will be notified via e-mail within 24 hours of your order. Any lead times have been given as estimates to determine when you should expect your order to arrive. These are not guarantees, however it is unusual for an in-stock item to ship outside of these estimates.
We understand the importance of being on-schedule when it comes to event planning. If you let us know your event date and we foresee issues with being able to deliver in time, you will be contacted within 24 hours of your order with an offer of alternative solutions. We will offer such alternatives as expedited shipping (at an additional cost) or suggestions for replacement items. If the alternatives won't work for you, we will issue a prompt cancellation upon your request.
Returns:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in its original, unused condition (including all original packaging) within 30 days for a full refund, less shipping costs. Please note that this includes shipping to and from our facility regardless of whether the purchase was made when a free shipping promotion was in effect.
Items that cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Personalized items (unless there is an error on our part)
- Food items
Order Cancellations & Adjustments:
An order can be cancelled if it is in Pending status. Orders that are processing or shipped (fulfilled) cannot be cancelled. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. If you wish to cancel a Pending order, please call Customer Service at 888.300.0511.
For security reasons, we are unable to redirect a shipped package to a secondary shipping address. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. If our shipper is unable to deliver the package to the address that you provided, the package will be returned to us and processed as a return.

Information will only be disclosed to these service providers on a need to know basis, and they will only be permitted to use such information for the purpose of providing the particular services in connection with our website. Except as provided above, as required by law, or in the event of a merger, consolidation, or sale of all or substantially all of Partease’s assets, we will not sell or otherwise share any of your purchase information with any third party without your permission.
