Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in its original, unused condition (including all original packaging) within 30 days for a full refund, less shipping costs.

Items that cannot be returned or exchanged: 
-Personalized items (unless there is an error on our part)

Order Cancellations & Adjustments

An order can be cancelled if it is in Pending status. Orders that are processing or shipped (fulfilled) cannot be cancelled. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. If you wish to cancel a Pending order, please call Customer Service at 888.300.0511.

For security reasons, we are unable to redirect a shipped package to a secondary shipping address. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. If our shipper is unable to deliver the package to the address that you provided, the package will be returned to us and processed as a return.
