Exquisite Tablescapes

Take your reception from a party with food, to a magical celebration by adding dainty, pretty details. Table runners and cloths are easy ways to dress up any table and add instant richness! Start the tablescaping process by focusing on which shape of table you will be using. From there, determine which types of fabric or patterns you prefer on your linens.

Innocent: A white, doily table runner is both understated and seemingly sweet. Offset the softness with bluntly shaped utensils and boldly colored vases/flowers.

Bold: Show off your incredible style with a patterned table runner or cloth. Polka Dots, Gingham Print, or a lovely flower print would look lovely adorning the reception tables!

Playful: Ease the mood with a soft, playful pattern on the table cloth. Charm your guests with a frisky, energetic print that will excite them for the rest of the evening’s activities. Bonus: load the table with delicate cupcakes or rice crispy bars for a childlike, fun feel.

Monogrammed: Personalize your table runner or table cloth with your new married initial! Do it yourself, or have a professional do the hard work for you. A plus to having monogrammed table runners: reuse them in your home on the coffee table or side tables!

Rustic: Thick burlap combined with country accents perfect the rustic ensemble. Fray the edges of the burlap for an extra distressed feel!

Demure: For a reserved but totally classic feel, try a damask printed table runner in an gray or muted color. Combine with a contrasting floral and coordinating table markers.

Complete your table settings with lovely butterfly wedding favors, crystal glassware, and a complementary mint for after dessert!
