Bridal Showers are ideal get-togethers for friends to assemble and enjoy the exciting time just before the wedding. Wedding Showers can be themed, or simply feminine and dainty. Here are some tips for preparing an easy, beautiful bridal shower event!
Decor: Keep it simple, or go all out with the decorations. If you are looking to save a little bit of money, consider making your own decorations using colored card stock and hole punches. Visit your local party supply stores for pre-packaged decorations that you can use in a pinch.
Games: cute, quirky games can totally energize a wedding shower. Choose games that are fun and un-embarrassing that everyone can enjoy! Stick to age appropriate games that will not appear as cheesy or corny, but keep the guests entertained and amused.
Treats: Decadent cupcakes, salty pretzels and yummy finger sandwiches are handy for keeping the guests satisfied and happy. Coordinate wedding colors with food markers and pretty cupcake liners. Taste test your menu a few days before the shower to ensure a delicious, smoothly prepared spread.
Favors: Send your girlfriends home with a sweet finish. Ornately decorated mint tins are the ideal favors to pair with a cheerful wedding shower.
