Budget Wedding Tips: Brides Unite

So Jane just had to have a super expensive custom made cake stand for her wedding… of course, there was nothing within her budget that would fit her theme. As she had hoped, it was a huge hit – and thankfully she had no regrets. But now that the wedding is over, what does she do with this oversized cake stand? Hmm… if only she could find another bride planning a wedding with a similar theme. Seems unlikely, but these matches are exactly what the folks at BrideShare are putting together.
If you’re planning a wedding or are newly married and have ‘wedding stuff’ that you don’t need, you may want to check out this site. They also match up brides looking to make volume purchases, which can be a great opportunity if you can find someone planning a similar theme to yours. Just a little word of advice: it may take some time to find the right match so if you’re planning on using this site, just be sure to do it early in the planning process.

Thanks so much for the advice on this site, my friend is getting married soon abroad so I will pass this on to her, I know she would be really interested to read this. She is getting married abroad, and it is such a shock to all of us as we really weren’t expecting it, it was so last second. I can’t go as I can’t get the time off at such short notice, but I wish them both all the best and can’t wait to see all the pictures from the big day. I have already decided to send her some of the best greeting cards I have found on the internet, I know she will be looking at her emails before hand, she is addicted, so I think it will be a nice idea to wish her good luck and show that I am thinking of her. I will definitely throw her a massive party when she gets home to celebrate. Thinking of you both.
I purchased a nice wedding arbor for my ceremony and am going to be using it in my backyard to grow some kind of flowering vine on it. Just an idea to recycle those wedding items sitting in your garage. I’ll probably put a bench under it as well. It will be a pretty focal point and a romantic way to tie our wedding day to our marriage.
